Teo Karyotis talks about the struggles of the workers at Vio.Me plant. The plant was abandoned by its owners 18 months ago, and the workers left unpaid. This has happened with many businesses in Greece. The Vio.Me workers decided do something different – they reopened their factory.
But their bosses want it back, and their bosses’ creditors want outstanding debts paid. They need our support to stay viable. Most importantly, they need to be recognised as having a legitimate right to run the factory.
